Comments about Coralife Super Luft Pump-SL-38:
I've only had it six months, that's the only reason for 4 stars, not long enough to know how long it will last. But I've got 22 outlets running off of it and probably can do a couple more.Very strong pump for the price. It's not a quiet pump though, not loud, just not silent but it's in the basement so it's not an issue for me.Thinking about buying another one for when I expand my fishroom.
BOTTOM LINE Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

does your pump still work?

Get an Alita pump they are silent and poweful. The smallest Alita pump will run at least 12 sponges though you might want to go a model or 2 larger to run 20 sponges with deep tanks. The super luft is loud and the regular luft is loud and wont run that many sponges. Jehmco sells alita knockoffs that are supposedly pretty good also.
