as infblue stated, and i have done so with several people asking similar questions, african lungfishes should not be kept with any tankmates you do not want to risk losing. they are just too unpredictable. early on i kept africans with a variety of tankmates, with a random preference they got along with some fishes and hated/attacked/ate others.
that african will eventually become much larger (should grow faster than the arow at that stage) and will eventually pose a major threat to that fish. if you want a good lungfish for other tankmates go with a SAmerican. there are always exceptions to the 'rules' with any larger predatory fishes, but in general it is NOT a good idea to keep African lungfishes with any tankmates (i've kept all 4 species of Africans, and also talked to other lungfish keepers/observed other specimens-setups...this is generally the case across the board).
good luck, and let us know if you have further questions!--
