Lungfish Poop!

And, the side the anus is on may be as simple as left-handed vs right-handed individuals. Or, it could be a copulatory adaptation as exists with the 4-eyes fish Anableps sp.

Have you heard of any African Lungfish breeding in captivity? I know it sounds weird but do you think that the butt hole being on which side of the body might determine the sex of the fish???? :confused::confused:

i believe i've heard in a few threads sanatoury mentioning breeding of all different lungfish. not sure who they are or how you'd go and get a hold of them but if sanatoury was still here he could enlighten us......
 
Heh :ROFL: I hear you about the poop size. (and mine's still relatively tiny, all things considered.)

Not a fish for those too finicky about cleaning up their tanks.
