hey everyone i was at my lfs today and i seen that they had a lungfish for 25 bucks it was around 7-8 inches they werent sure on the species and i couldnt get any pics do you think that is good for any secies of lungfish and if i put it in with my 7-8 inch red devil do you think the lung will eat him..

If it's a south american Lepidosiren paradoxa you'll be OK to put it in a community. But, if its an african Protopterus aethiopicus, P dolloi, or P. annectens, it'll eventually try to eat its tankmates. Going by the price tag, it's probably not P. aethiopicus or P. annectens. Does it look like one of these?

um not really it is more of a grey color, but should i still buy it i will make the room for it.. if i have to for know..itll go in a thirty but ill make a bin for it...
 
sorry if i sound bossy but i just can't pass up a good deal. if it's an online order thing i can. but if i go to a lfs and see a deal really don't care what it is i just can't control myself i just buy it :screwy: i guess i'm too impulsive
