Thanks everyone. Does anyone have any pictures of Lyonsi juvies for my future reference? I'd really appreciate it 
I bought six from a local breeder named anthony in wa..... I hope he doesn't mind, but here are his pictures: first the father(F1), second the fry(F2). mine have more red in the dorsal fins than they do in the fry pic. i will try to get a pic of mine. BTW i believe his has 12 left that he is going to be selling on aquabid soon

Your first pic had me thinking it was one of the labridens but your other pics have me completely confused. I'd contact the Lfs and see if they could put you in contact with the "local breeder"
That's actually a very good idea, thank you! Thanks everyone for sharing pictures. Hopefully one of these days I'll get the real thing. I'll probably end up just ordering some from Rapps like I should have in the first place haha!
i actully have a breeding pair and i have a **** load of fry i will post some pics when i get home the ones in my phone arent worth posting

I called the LFS I got them from and they have no clue what I'm talking about. I'm actually kinda pissed about it....Oh well, lesson learned!
