The other eels she attempted to kill and killed where also M. dayii... one she's been with for the past 1yr + and the other was with her approx 3monthes... One day she just decided to harssas the heck outta one.. so I removed it.. things settled down.. then came down stairs one day to the other one dead... no sign that my gar or rays had done anything ( and none of them have ever looked twice at the eels) as for growth.. I got her at about 4" and had her for 2+yrs now. live blackworms.. then nightcrawlers have been teh staple diet w/ krill, and other frozen now and then if I can't get worms. She's not a picky eater.

no live guppies but shes recently started taking the smaller chunks of frozen smelt i feed the gar and rays. I had a tt that readily ate guppies and later rosy minnows.. I don't doubt she would eat guppies if i tossed them in ( thats if everyone else didn't eat them first) I don't think they are as big a fish eaters as TTs... but it may also be individual personalities ect that play a role in it.
