Guess I should have posted this first...
The ones that Snook has for sale are not Gymnotus anguillaris (They never have the right names for their Knives, labeled a Carapo as a Tiger but the scientific name was for a Zebra Knife :screwy:) The species for sale is Gymnotus pedanopterus, I believe I have the correct scientific name. Have one myself, and that is the care for it posted above. I'll get some pics on here in a bit. ;)

hoyo, i had faith in u bud!!!
i hate when ppl mix up names,
like yesterday i drove 12 miles to a dif lfs because i called an asked if they had ctenopoma acutirostre...

lol, I still had the right species info, just didn't give the correct name, which the seller has wrong. ;)

I noticed that he got plenty of mislabeled fish lately. Lol! That's why I hate getting a fish if I don't see an actual photo.

The common name and the scientific name kinda missed it up. Just a heads up in the future never go with the common names if you don't see the photo. As common names can sometimes be made up. When going for the scientific name you will notice right away with mislabeled spelling or a word that is close to it. Or in a wrong genus.

Looks like a Zebra Knife. ;)
They are a very small species of Knife, IMO, so that's normal. Can't wait for the pics!
EDIT: Gymnotus pedanopterus
