Are these good tank mates for Geos? Are they pretty peaceful like geos? And does anyone keep them? if so could you throw some pics up for me to see? thx again.

Scientific name please. This could possibly be 3 different fish. If your talking about nicaraguensis I would say depends on the geo. Mines aren't really aggressive but they aren't afraid to "test" other fish. Like a big firemouth. Won't back down but won't start a fight.

my nicaraguensis was mean as piss to the point he would start crap with much larger fish until they were bent of killing him. I had to rehome him to a friend with p-bass. He doesn't mess with them.

Hypsophrys nicaraguensis

Well what geos are you keeping? I think it depends with nics. Mine aren't overly aggressive but they will bully very peaceful fish. I have seen nics stand up to red devils and RTM so it depends.

Six - S. leucosticta.
And the are super calm. Never even seen them fight. But they are 4-5" and Im gonna buy the nics at 2" I was thinking 3 of them. Sounds like this one could go either way.

I would say try them. They should workout but be prepared if they don't.

I had a 4" nic with full grown geo rio tapajos and the dominant male geo and the nic(female) did not care for each other. Never anything physical, just a lot of gill flaring and smack talking.
