wat i ment by 12-13 inches was thats when u shuold move them to brackish full grown size is usally 19-24" long

also wat tank size is he in they are slow growers depending on salanity ph and food available

He's in a 29 gallon right now. He's about 7". I feed him pieces of nightcrawlers, and sometimes earthworms.

If you want bigger eels, either get a tiretrack eel or fire eel coz they are among the biggest of all spiny eels. I have a tiretracke around 15 - 16 inch.
