Madness amongst the midget shuffle

Do you still have Nibbles and the other eels?

There's more then enough K1 in those blue drums in the top pic to cover all the fish I have here if they were all full grown. It's just not feasable to tie everything together in the current rental house. IF I owned a house things would be MUCH different......

I don't see many if any new rays in the future, so this is why I've started combining systems. I was on a kick trying to QT everything before adding it to the stuff I've had here for a while.....

What exactly are you looking for Marble wise? I might have or be able to help you find one...... :)

Kinda odd that nobody's intrested in the rays that all this work revolves around??? Oh well.

Oh Im interested in the rays. HOw bout you box one up and send it to me to adore in person a bit more. THen I'll tell you how cool they are :)
Great dedication DB!

Snapped one just for you Jason!!!

:)

I'm open to any positive IDs on the "Barney" the purple/green eel.... I'm guessing Gymno Prionodon.

Definetly not the Fangtooth it was sold as.....

Always love reading your threads DB. I feel your pain on having to move tanks around without any help.

Best part of making an improvement in the system (however minor it may be) is seeing happier healthier rays as a result of your hard work. Makes it all worth it. Good luck with the shuffle.

DB you are truly a madman. No offense but I'm guessing you're not married lol. Thats some crazy dedication to your fish. Beautiful eels by the way.

Nope. Not married..... But do a have a great, understanding, and dedicated girlfriend that helps me in so many ways that this would be flat out impossible without her.

This level of dedication to the fish has made girlfriends intresting to say the least. After the one left that I was with me when I found this place I learned a lot. Next one got "the talk" when we started dating..... "These fish were here before you, and they'll be here after you". She didn't last too long. The one I'm with now got the same talk and she dove right in helping move them, feed them, name them, and even helped make decisions about incoming and outgoing fish. She made the Falks possible. Without her I wouldn't have them. She was also responsable for cleaning all the coraline crap off the inside of the 750, which used to be a giant reef tank.

She's just happy everything's in the basement now, and there's no tanks in the top 2 levels of the house..... :)

Big thanks to Stacy Jo!!!

The ray on the right is my first born CB. She's 3+ years old now. Dad was a midget, mom was around 17".

Special thanks to Scott (Tanglovers) for taking care of her and financing her back to me. I didn't realize how much she meant till she left. I'm just glad I have her back.

Ray on the left is the more aggressive of the 2 males in there. He's mature, just shy in this pic..... lol

Here's the 2 pups that are a little small to be housed with the rest of the midgets.....

Bigger one is a CB from Mike (MFSwets) that turned 2 a few weeks ago.

The other is "The Nethergirl" from Mr. Huveneers. Unfortunately this precious lil peanut did the same thing my last crazy nice Marble did and managed to rub a hole in her pattern from playing in the bubbles and the outputs of the HOBs. Wish I knew why only the nicest Marbles I have do this......
