anybody know where i can catch a madtom in south florida? if not, are there any wedsites that sell them?

k thanxs for that site. they have an awsome selection. are there any madtom sp. that live in FL? if so, are there any that live in SoFL?

If by madtom you mean the small fw catfish, there used to be a TON in Noonans Lake up here in Gainesville...

There are at least three madtoms native to Florida,
the black, in Ecofina creek in flowing clear water near vegetation over sand and gravel bottoms.
the speckled, also from clear flowing water over sand or gravel near vegetation, found from St. John's river northwards.
and the tadpole madtom found all over Florida in backwaters in weedy muddy waters.

thanks for the info, i'm upgrading the tank i was gunna get from a 45gal. to a 55gal. so i doubt i'm gunna get natives anymore
