You don't need to use one inch pipe everywhere. The tee from the one inch pipe needs to be one inch but it can be adapted down to 3/4 for the two pipes leaving it to form the UGF network. You can use 3/4 but 1/2 will be too small. Copy my system but instead of having five parallel runners, up yours to seven. The holes will need to be 5/64" and drilled every inch and a half. Alternate sides of the pipe and drill at a 45 degree angle pointing down. If you can stand it, drill a hole on both sides. There are going to be a lot of holes to drill so plan on doing it in shifts. Also, put it together first and then drill it. That will help keep the holes straight. Also, it is worth the extra time to draw two lines on the pipe where the holes will be drawn and then mark the location of the holes.

If you can't get your hands on a 5/64" drill bit, get one as close to it as possible. If the bit is smaller, you will need more holes. A larger one will mean slower water flow which is what we are looking for. 5/64" is already a slight over kill.

I followed all your advice and hooked RUGF up today. Works like a charm and has taken care of the problem. thanks again.
