1K a month is over the top but it's all in how it's setup and how it's stocked.

Stock with natives and you cut A LOT of cost b/c you don't need a heater.

he added more information to the ad. He stated that people have come by to see the tank and underestimated it. I got no where to put this thing as i live in a condominium

depends on if it will be salt or fresh. If fresh it will be much cheaper, if salt, expect to pay a lot due to electricity from the lights, skimmers, etc.

lol You're not the only one that he hasn't got back with. I'm thinking this thing is still fake. I wouldn't waste to much time on it.

Yup I already tried. I got a dodge 1 ton diesel with a flat bed waiting to pick this thing up (And drive the distance). It has to be fake he has not replied and ive been trying like hell also am yet to see a photo.
