  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
i would not put water in it,

some of the crafty folks can maybe sort a repair,

i'd look for refund from someone...

where did you buy it?

contact your credit card company and dispute charge if the give you problems
I bought new from fish tank direct, will wait for their response.

That sounded awful. What was the outcome for your unfortunate case?

Still waiting on my tank lol. Dont buy from American Aquariums lol.

It almost looks like an attempted repair was made on a few of those cracks. Accept nothing but a full refund or new tank. Dont let them try and tell you its cosmetic damage only and give you a partial refund or something. Tank is busted, I would not put water in it at that point youve involved yourself in the liability. Its a safety hazard in its current state imo.

I feel for you. I was on pins and needles waiting for mine to get here. I seen the fedex freight truck pull in and my heart dropped I knew it was gonna be messed up. I had it shipped to my work where we could unload it with the forklift, I made the fedex dude wait while i unboxed it and checked it out. Luckily mine survived in good shape. They made it sound like it wouldn’t be to big of a deal if you got it home and found damage though. But there was only like a 72 hr window. places that are open 24 hours near me

Very sorry it happened its more likely it was dropped or bumped during the shipping process.
