There's been a big development. Doing my weekly 50percent water change today I took out all my fake plants and just left in some rocks and gravel. The sharks are almost instantly less skittish and I think it may be contrary to the reason most people might think. My guess is they feel they have more room in the tank to get away if they need to, so reducing the stress and skittishness.
