A plane hit the buildings, they fell down. How does that not make sense to you. I have had fires started by electricity shorting out to a piece of metal, which then heats up enough to spontaneously ignite. If you say jet fuel doesn't burn hot enough to melt steel, I invite you to test that one out on your own. Unless one of you gives me some proof that this was caused by our government, I will continue to believe that this was caused by anti-american terrorists. In regards to WTC 7, who knows how many variables there were that led to its collapse. Idiots that believe something they read in online news that was written by someone with no knowledge on the subject are no worse than the ones who start these kind of stories. If you think that our government decided that one day they needed to kill thousands of our own people and destroy our great landmarks, for all I care you can go over to afghanistan and have fun with your buddy Obama-I mean Osama. It's people like you that are going to be the downfall of this country, and I'm stocking up on guns and ammo for when it happens.

Metal doesn't have to melt to fail, remember there's a good 20 stories above this metal, and when you heat metal it weakens, and when it weakens it bends, add afew hundred tons and you got a domino-effect of destruction.

I hear there's a RANGE of temperatures that jet fuel can burn, not just 800 degrees. That RANGE can go up to 1500*F. I have seen building fires with melted steel. Now don't get me wrong, these fires weren't caused by 10,000g of jet fuel but I think it could do the job.
