my local is a chain pets at home, but i got talking to one guy steve as hes got fish hes been a great help so i always just ask for him by name and will happily wait if hes busy, so far in all areas hes been great and always has a smile on his face, now i dont get a discount but good service 
my other local the guy who works in the fish area is just miserable and contradicts
everything ive read and asked about so i just find it hard work lol,
but some nice tips, i do wonder tho as a chain would they accept fish? i suppose i could only ask if it ever comes to it !
