so any news is it safe for aqurium use.
 
according the the manufacturer, it's completely safe. I was told it would even cure under water and in it's uncured state, non-toxic so I'm just setting the tank up now. Taking out gravel and adding sand. I hope to have time to set it up sometime this weekend.
