making shrimp float....

Hey, i was just curious as to how to make a piece of shrimp float for my aro?? I put a floating food stick in it and he wont touch it cause he smelled the stick. Now he did nail a piece of shrimp the happened to catch an air bubble and start floating up. Any suggestions????

Try and see if it will eat the freeze dried kind,they always float.

I would but hes still a little leary of me...I put some shrimp on a feeding stick and i saw how hard he hit that, im not stickin my fingers in there yet . Hes eatin frozen beefheart right now so im happy, hand feed in due time...

inject the shrimp with air...i did it with worms when i had my baby arow, worked a treat...just use a syringe or the like...

I kinda agree here.. I see the usefullness and it could work, but i cant knowingly feed him shrimp flavored air pockets . I got him to eat chopped up frozen beefheart cubes, they float fairly well and just long enough for him to get it. Thanks everyone.
