Thanks for the reply, I appreciate it. It's not like the fish aren't still gobbling it down....just something I noticed.

I will have to try and figure something out for the video, it seems to be less then optimal for viewing changes. I will play with the lighting and see what I can come up with. Since the challenge is to feed only NLS I will start with day zero as the fish was feed once today with Hikari.

Oscar doesn't seem to want to eat off the bottom, giving it a few days to see if he changes his mind.

first full day, all fish except the Oscar love the food; even my rainbow whom I've never seen eat food until now. The fish where super agressive to the sinking food, so I adjusted the spray jet; now all the food got sweeped away into the rocks .

Great thread and vids. I feed my fish NLS and have had great results. Looking forward to see how the fish do.

ive been feeding my fish NLS as long as ive had them, i recently bought some larger hikari staple, trying to vary their diet, my fish break their necks to get to the sinking NLS pellets, hauling *** accross the tank to eat. the hikari interests them, but nowhere near the NLS

I am going to guess that, that comes from them being used to one food. But who know's my fish seem to love NLS, maybe after this 10days is up I will try to dump both in at the same time and look for a preference.
