Making the switch to NLS.

I am good about shooting the video but bad about posting.
Aggression has sky rocketed in the tank, I thought I was going to have to put them in time out, the Texas Was kicking the butt of my Jack.
I tried for 30 minutes to get a good clip this is the best I could get, sorry I kinda gave up after half hour.

I have a noticed A change in activity, there is more aggression in the tank; bottom feeding for the first time is causing territory issues.
The Color is so slightly different, if its even different at all; hard to say could be placebo effect. Over all I am happy with the food, as Most seems to like it, although they all liked Hikari. I will try a mix of floating and sinking NLS to see if it will decrees aggression, IF I can get a good deal I can see using it over hikari just for the dietary content. However its hard to beat Hikari prices, and while I am sure my fish can look better; I won't say they look bad from the exclusive Hikari diet.

I think that My Jewels and Jack are showing some coloration improvements. However as mentioned before this could be placebo, or it could be that they are still young and growing so their color my just be starting to shine.

As the title says credit is due some where, either to genetics or food. My two jewels each became 4x redder over night. Between day 7 and 8 my first jewel turned very dark red. Then between day 8 and 9, the second Jewel turn much darker red, not as dark as the first but...
I think might be related to matting but I honestly have no idea. It started with just one guarding the cave and turned red. Now the second is red and guarding the cave. The biggest one and the first to guard the cave try to chase off the Texas who is 3x his size. Even when the Texas nips back he wont back down.
Sorry the two days of video really feature more of the jewels because thats where the change took place. Also if anyone has any ideas about the extreme color change let me know.
