I guess i will just do what david says change water. And everytime i change the water i will add seachem prime. Yesterday i did a water change and i add seachem. It seems like the ray is looking calm and not too stressful anymmore.
Getting seachem in my country is not as easy as getting one from petsmart...

By the way my nitrate is 25 mg/l

I think i need to do wc tomorrow to reduce it even more

It's not the nitrate causing stress or reduced immune system then.

seachem prime is way better than the other brand stuff. it's well worth buying.
