I just picked up a rubescens yesterday. They are stout little fellas he went up against my marlei island as soon as he hit the water.now they are friends.

So I am not going to get anything really new till ~Sat since I am retaking the quals again. (I have to pass the "easy" ones this time...)
But here are some shots of my Fossorochromis rostratus, who is now fighting a case of bloat... (sort of caused by me... ugh don't get me into what is going on in the 135 right now.)
This guy is one of the most active fish I have ever seen. He never stops, and of course that means I can't get a stinking good shot of him. So here are some examples about what I am talking about. Will have plenty more on him later. (Remember these are the good shots...)
Note this is about a 3.5 inch fish that will be eventually ~16 inches... (Assuming I don't keep doing dumb things to his tank.)

He is beautiful.. never saw one of them up close before.. i cannot believe they get that big too..wish you luck with the bloat..
Well all of my guys seem to have gotten over whatever I did to them... Though not all are eating NLS but they all gobel flakes and brine shrimp. Anyways I promise I will update, just been busy having fun. (If you didn't know I passed all of my qualifiers...)
Anyways I hope to get something up soon though I was sad today. For some odd reason my most mature female lwanda was dead this morning. (She was I would say ~1 month away from holding.) But hopefully I have 3 more females just can't tell on them yet. Oh and I still haven't heard officially on the new tanks I might be getting in. (At least 3 more 55's though I would like to get another longer tank just don't have the room... hm that will hopefully change in ~6 months.)

sounds good, I lost a few fish in the last week for no reason... but now things are back to normal with youngins too...
