Can you please tell me more about your Venustus? I have an opportunity to pick up a group of adults (eight inchers). What size tank do you have them in, size of the fish, how many fish? Thanks.....My set up is 220, main fish is a Champ Caeruleus, 4 Fryeri (About 5" each), and about 40 other malawi and a few Acei. Thanks.

N. venustus will do well with Champsochromis caeruleus and your Sciaenochromis fryeri...I've found that most of the predatory Malawi Haps are pretty mild in the aggro department.

I'm just keeping solo males for the most part...I like collecting multiple species...no interest in breeding them anymore.

Great collection.

very nice shots, great collection of fish, the polystigma is quite a stunner

Great collection of predators. I like the look of the dimidiatus.
Thanks, the D. dimidiatus does not get very big...~8", they would probably make a good additional to your mixed Hap/Peacock tank.
