Why not just pick up assassin snails?

That would be nice if he hadn't had those brichardis and rainbow cichlids.

The only thing I could do to get rid of them was to move the fish to another tank with their filters and pour bleach into the tank. That was my only saving grace and I still have a few MTS!

The brichardi and rainbow cichlids will be spending the summer in my pond. So, i could add the assassin snails after they leave the tank. The only problem with that plan is that i have no idea where to acquire them.

I agree that you could sell them. I plan to buy some in a few months and when I browsed around CL and Aquabid, there were less available than I expected.
