Put a clay pot and/or a rock or something in the tank that has a good flat surface. Do water changes every other day or so with water that is a few degrees cooler than the tank (25%-50%) Keep your tank around 80-82*F. Also feed them lots of live or frozen food (anything meaty like bloodworms, silversides, krill, nightcrawlers etc. Aside from that, you must have patience!
