Male Claspers Badly Chewed - Will he Recover?

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
oh man he is beautiful! im really hoping he gets better! keep us posted

I don't actually own this ray. I have an opportunity to pick him up. He would be a nice breeder male for my group if his claspers grow back. I've never seen a ray with his claspers as badly damaged as his. Worth the chance??

wowzer . that got to be the toothiest bj ive ever seen

as far as i know the claspers are basically a rolled fin so with that in mind i would expect it would grow back a little but maybe not completely .
as for mating i dont see any reason he wont be able to get the job done once he's healed properly. i doubt that the claspers are inserted fully when attempting to breed anyhow so this guy might just have a slightly shorter stick to work with. ... that could make it easier for him in some respects though, instead of trying to hit a moving target with a jousting pole he just has to fire a pistol :-)

a couple of other issues you might want to take into consideration regarding breeding him are that he seems to like a rough BJ from other guys :D

good luck :)

Tough call if he can breed or not. That's a lot of damage.

Im the owner of this ray and i can personally tell all of you that the claspers have been healing very well and have grown back (lengthened) alot compared to the original damage, but this is also the first time i have experienced this so i cant say for certain on future breeding,
