I know the males of this specie usually show colors better when paired with females but that won't happen. I rather have him with perfect fins and maybe showing him in the future.

I have personally always like the males more for this specie, the gold and spangles on them are just amazing.

I still think the females are better look. Especially that old female you had in the past with the big hump. BTW - I got your message on Minnfish, any time you want to borrow my lens.

Wish I still have pictures of that pair, was on my old pc that crashed.
