the best way to find out the sex of a younger festae is to put it with one your sure of the sex. that one looks kind of stressed out, normally if you put them by themselves they'll show their true colors, they can be quite misleading if they feel like it

I think your Festae is at the ackward He/She stage - when they are start to get the definative adult coloration. I've seen alot of it on this site. From the over all body shape and the blue spanling thru out I'd guess Male as well. Sex should be more easily identifiable in the next few weeks. I also agree with Aurther - if they feel threatened they can show some misleading coloration.

The dorsel looks dark in the front which makes me think female.
