Ok, some newb questions on flowers. I am thinkning of getting one in the near future, but i am wondering on growth rates and sizes...

I hear that females can get upwards 30+".
I hear that males can get 24"+

does anybody have any pictures of some flowers this big? I hear daren (tfd) had some that were 31"+ but i have not found the pict's.

Also what kind of growth rates are you guys seeing? About like a mototo?

Would a 6-7" male flower take 3-4 years to reach 20"+?? what about a female? I know alot depends on the ray and the feedings and water conditions but on average?

i got both my male and female at around 7-8". the male is now about 17" and the female is about 13" it has only been about 8 months. the male however eats hikari pellets and the female isnt broken onto pellets yet. she only eats krill, shrimp, squid, smelts, silversides, scallops, frozen bloodworms, whitefish fillets, and spearing.

its the pellets that are making the male grow faster. i would say that the male will easlily be over 24" by this tme next year. they grow MUCH faster than motoros!
