Nice GT.
To sex GT's you have to look at the fins. If the fins are long/extended it is a male. Also males form a hump after they reach certain age/size.

Differentiating blue between green can be very difficult, because it really depends on the lighting and angle. I don't think that is a reliable way to sex GTs.
