Male Haitiens - settled in

Beautiful fish. Looks like a show winner.

I picked up 6 babies at the Ohio Cichlid Extravaganza in Nov 2008. I did not fast grow them so they only range between 5 and 7" tl. They bred in the community 120g they are in so I scooped about 3 dozen fry out.

4 males 2 females (both females are very dark) and the males are similar to your male in colour. When they are a little bigger they will be going in my 15k.

I've got to move a few fish out of the 15k first because they are eating a lot of the smaller fish this size.

Very nice, He is something to look at :)

Guys - he is not doing well right now. Please see this thread http://www.monsterfishkeepers.com/forums/showthread.php?t=296777

I haven't received a response yet, but I started medication... neosporin, salt, and tetracycline. Wish me luck!

Damn, I hope it heals and survives. Unfortunately, I've had the same thing happened to a Festae, Beani and Umbee.....none of them survived :(
