Male or female Freddy mini dovii?

I can say with certainty that that fish is no loisellei. I'll go out on a limb here and say it is a dovii x friedrichsthalli hybrid. I see obvious characteristics of both species. Looks a male too.

Nice "it" is hanging out in my 125 gallon with my male 9" jaguar cichlid. i will take more pictures after work to further verify the species and sex. stay tuned...

Come on guys.... This is a MALE LA CEIBA FREDDY 100%. No doubt about it. Awesome fish to keep when they color up and spawn.

Why people jump straight to hybrid is just plain bs.
