Well the body is staying dark but there isn't all that much green/blue on the gill plate. GTs being slow growers and me just starting at him/her doesn't help matters either.
give it some time, i couldnt sex mine until she hit 3.5" and laid eggs. I had thought she was a "he" because of her bright colors and nocal hump but i was wrong....
