Male or Female Istlanum???

Thank you everyone for partiipating The first fish is..... 100% Female!!!! Probably the nicest female ive ever seen. I would have though male as well lol and have been tempted to vent just to double check. But i have seen this fish when smaller and with a male so i know. I think Istlanums might be my favorite Central... its a tough decision because there are so many nice Centrals. Im surpirsed that there arent more istlanums in the hobby.

So here is the second contestant Male or Female??

Yes the second pic is a male I just pulled the divider today and that female is a beast!!!! She was pushing that male around and was relentless about asserting herself lol. I put the divider in so they would tear fins.. ill try again in couple more days I have some footage that ill post once I get them on computer. David, these two are flawlessly amazing!!! Thank you so much for these two, I will take very good care of them I will also keep up on the updates too

id like fry from these jason. no doubt with your magik water there gonna knock it out. id like to see vid of them together in the tank and see the coloration on the female in bone mode. nice pick up bro!

Beautiful istlanum's jason....wish I had a female that looked like yours I too would like to see them together and spawning.
