usually go by the black on the dorsal fin. if it has alot of black on dorsal its suppose to be female. this was not the case with my trimac. it had no black on dorsal so i assumed male then it spawned with my red snook and thats when i knew it was female.

good. Don't pick it up. It's a very very low grade fh, probably worth $10 at most.

how do you know its flowerhorn. everyone wants to jump on that boat when it comes to trimacs. its a nice forest green just like a tirmac. the only thing that would tell me is its tail spot is messed up but that could just be nothing.

because of the plums and the slight color around the pectoral fins.
