i had a what i would say 100% male as well, started changin colors and losing all the dots within a weeks time. i took it out flipped and wow fem! she tricked me! shes an off spring from one of my dovii pairs. vent to make sure. mine is 4.5-5 inches. my vote on just lookin at yours is a dude for sure too. but if jeff vented it....

I have four of these same exact fish from the exact same place, and all four look just like yours. I'm supposed to have 2m+2f. I'm assuming the spots you see, that normally identify as male, will fade in time. I can tell one of mine is male for sure he's a bit bigger than the other three and I did vent him. There is another smaller one that appears to be female and honestly is just as spotted as he is. If Jeff Rapps vented your fish then it is female. I have the utmost faith in his expertise, although he is human. Mistakes do happen but I would feel comfortable saying that there is a 85-90% chance your fish is female
