I ordered a 48L x 18W x 20 T for him from Animal Plastics. I actually ordered one for my Bearded "Cletus" as well. I will post pics ASAP.

how big of a tank does a full grown ball python need?

30-40 breeder minimum.

i keep mine in a rack system though, babies/sub-adults gets a 15q and adults get a 32q

The one I ordered is a foot longer than a 40 breeder. I read on a lot of forums about cages being "Too big" for ball pythons, but I have always gone my the notion of bigger is better. As long as it is well decorated with no huge open spaces it is good....IMO.

BTW, the heat packs shipped yesterday, should be here early next week.
