How many Trimacs have you had? I dont understand hiw you dont see the black in the dorsol! Any way this site sucks now really does and I have noticed alot of the well respected hobbyist do not frequent this site any more because no one can handle anything that they dont want to hear!! Put a male in and you will see what im talking about!! Good luck im done with the site!
 
in some cases some males do get a tiny bit black blemish on the dorsal. Maybe on one side and not the other too. Like there's a thin line about it

Females get big, sure, female black blotch at the dorsal.

In this fish Dink the black is very tiny.
