Hey thanks alot Coura! The staple part of the diet is inverts, crickets, roaches and nightcrawlers and once a month they'll get a small hopper rat.

As for the heat, I use Zoo-Meds 60 Watt infra-red bulb 24/7. They supply the heat that these guys need, and the red glow is said to not mess with the photo periods. So it's a win win in my eyes haha.
