I can't say it's impossible, but I highly doubt any system of organs would ever learn to re-metabolize waste products and effectively avoid toxicity. When this man flexes a muscle, waste products are created. Either his body has indeed been incredibly altered by a lifetime of meditation or this is a hoax by the hospital for publicity.
