if any, maybe the small piraya, probably not the bigger one and the caribe and tern were most likely purchased at around that size.
 
I think it's possible but will take many years and have to deal with the risk of loosing them to tank mates. growing them out solo will probably be the best but when you want to shoal them together you'll risk aggression amount them.
 
You could, just have to control the amount of feeding and exercisest the fish gets. same as how people can be kept in shape with balanced food intake and proper amount of exercises. but that will also increase the chance of them killing each other.
