I think that once the U.A.E. runs out of oil they are going to be srewed. How are they planning on keeping erosion in check.

They're building this stuff so they won't be screwed when the oil money runs out. Other countries that live on oil money but can't benefit from tourism and real estate, or other ventures, will be screwed.
