planted my staurogyne repens on the left side of the tank. (Im terrible at aqua-scaping) Still looking for back ground plants and fish suggestions.
Congrats on the new house and man cave/ fish room. I'm partial to my African Cichlids, but my son likes his Tropicals. He just picked up a pair of Apistogramma Panduro, colorful dwarf cichlid full of personality. His next favorite would be his Preacox Rainbows, they look best in a darker tank. You could also find a sp. to grow out in the 40b and upgrade.
Got the light hung today with some thin black chain from Home Depot. Getting a shelf cut now for the top to store supplies. I am very happy with the way the first tank is coming out. Also bought a 50 pound bag of pool filter sand for the 55gallon set up

Picked up some kind of sword for a background plant and a small pictus catfish for the 40 gallon tank

Picked up a cool piece of driftwood with natural holes in it. Planted some narrow leaf Java Fern and got some black neon tetras. Can't wait for my foreground to start coming in. Any suggestions ?

Recently picked up 5 clown loaches to grow out in the 40 breeder, also got a zoo med LED light. Plants are looking okay but id like to get a co2 system. Not too sure what to do though. Any info or advice on a CO2 system would be greatly apprectiated. Heres an updated picture...
