don't make a move on her because she is with your friend...its just not right. if i liked this guy my friend was going out with i would just suffer it because at the end of the day friends count more...if you go out with her and you two break up, you will have lost both of them. best to leave your friend and her alone, im sure there is someone else out there who is better than her, because if she really was the one for you, you would be with her, and not wishing she was yours when she is with your friend, also speaking from a woman's point of view...if she leaves him to go out with you, knowing he is your friend...imo...not good. she could do it to you in the future. i dont care what anyone else says, but making a move on your friend's partner is not good. if you were in his shoes, no matter how much you cared for her it wouldn't be fair if he came along and took her away from you.

apart from the obvious loyalty issues and the "bros before hoes" rule, ask yourself about who your friend really is. he may be your friend so you wont see much of his mean streak but what is he like with people who cross him?
i know in my home town if anyone found out someone even considered this they may as well move to another planet cos they're gonna get messed up.
