Good, IMO. They guy could have taken the fish to a pet store or something, instead decided to do nothing and let it starve to death. I'm surprised the law enforcement officers went through the trouble for the fish... but I'm glad they did.

I'm torn! On the one hand, dude, your fish! On the other, the guy was evicted from his home. Talk about pouring salt on the wound!

I imagine if it was a dog or a cat Hinson would have simply set it loose to wander the streets....how did the authorities track Hinson down to arrest him after he was evicted?

No way the charges stick as charged. Glad they went after him though.

Im with you. Seems like he has some troubles. Im sure being evicted isnt easy. Who knows how much time he had to get out. This is extreme imo
