Yes extreme about him being evicted but I hope they consider that but doubt if he does jail time. I like that the county or city where the man lived care's about fish and they knew or did research on the Oscar condition.
Not even gonna comment.Man who abandoned pet fish facing animal cruelty charges https://www.foxnews.com/lifestyle/man-who-abandoned-pet-fish-facing-animal-cruelty-charges
"Hinson was reportedly given a $4,000 unsecured bond and released from jail. He could face a maximum 1 year in jail and a court-determined fine for misdemeanor animal cruelty in North Carolina"
Good points especially that he did not dump it into a lake or river. I think this is absolutely crazy especially since there could be allot missing from this storyHello; I am old and prone to die most any time. I have no one to call on even if I just get sick for a time. Seems the PC or animal rights gang have set some new boundries. I would have given the guy a pass after all he left the tank I suppose. Maybe he just had no place to move it or not enough money ( after all you get evicted for not paying rent much of the time).
I get the new rules and have a solution to avoid jail. Kill the fish before you leave and just do not let anyone know.
He did not dump it in a stream or lake.
Getting to be having a pet has to satisfy too many folks looking over my shoulder.
Kinda reminds me of the goat on a rope story I told a while back.
Agreed.Good points especially that he did not dump it into a lake or river. I think this is absolutely crazy especially since there could be allot missing from this story
