Quick thread, but which locale do you prefer of p.scalare?

I would gladly have a school of either or both. And I despise 'designer' varieties.

Yeah. I currently have a Nanay and the red on its fins are beautiful. Haven't seen a manacapuru with that much red in person ever.

From these pics alone? Manacapuru FTW. However, as many have pointed out, most manacapuru that you can buy are not nearly that high-quality in terms of color.

So, at their best? I'd say manacapuru. However, on average? Nanay.
