I know, been hundreds of these threads, but just curious as to the what you guy's think. I was hoping female, but male is ok too. It is approximtely 4-4.5". Thanks.

it can go either way. you can't sex jags at such a young age. mine looked like a female til it hit 7 inches. lol

You can actually sex them at an inch if you have a group for comparison. The picture posted her is a female.

yeah my guess would be female as well but im not that great with sexing jags at this size since they can be good cross-dressers, why dont you just pull her out and vent then you would know for sure

Thanks, She is in a 180 with a lot of rocks and wood work, I would have to take it all out before I could catch her....(so what I am saying is I am lazy and was hoping to get a positive ID by the experts)......
