Mangrove tank, whatcha think

Tank looks awesome...
I ordered 4 vietnamese mudskippers and they arrived today at my LFS.
I decided to search on here to see some examples of tanks and your thread came up.
I was going to do mangroves and the sand as you have it but I was wondering how I go about making the waterfall and also what kind of lighting you are using for the mangroves? I have a 20g(sorry don't know the GPH on it) powerhead and was wondering how I go about making it into a waterfall. Any input on that?
 
I like your set up, I've wanted to do a crab set up for a while but can't set up ANOTHER tank, maybe I can hide on more in my room...

I'm not sure how much space you have left in your tank, but Mono's are nice BW fish that would get along well. Celebes rainbows are also really nice looking.
 
I've got to comment on this and say it is one of the most natural, original and diverse set-ups I have seen. A fantastic job and an inspiration to me and as I've seen through the thread, countless others. Keep up the good work! How is the FW flounder coping? Any shots of him?

Nice update, tanks looking good so far... although personally speaking, i'd still want to add a a few more plants... but thats just me...
 
I have a question for this... Are these mangroves BW ONLY? i need something like that for my FW tank... also, how big do these things get? are they just saplings or are they a miniature species of the full grown trees?
